Students from the Boys & Girls Club of Perth Amboy, located in Carteret High School, have taken up the game of golf. The program they are enrolled in is known as the PGA Sports Academy. The New Jersey PGA and NJ Golf Foundation oversee the academy with help from two local PGA Professionals. The lead instructors, Chip Ranco and Jeff Collins, have been doing a great job teaching their students how to swing a golf club, but more importantly, how to have fun while doing it.
